Michele Brown is a former NFL Cheerleader turned Professional Speaker and Executive Life Coach. Michele believes people are “Conscious Creators” of their life experience and are MORE POWERFUL than they know. She integrates NFL Analogies, Universal Success Principals, and Mental Coaching Techniques to help professionals and organizations overcome their obstacles and tackle their goals.

She teaches people how to “LEAD from within” and “live everyday like it’s GAME DAY.”  Michele is the founder of Mindset Reset, The CheerLEADER In You, and host of PEP Talks. She shows audiences how to “TRAIN THEIR BRAIN” in order to have more Confidence, Alignment, and Achievement in all areas of life.

Growing up, Michele battled with severe anxiety, low self-confidence, self-image, and self worth issues.  When she finally made the decision to pursue her dream of becoming an NFL Cheerleader (despite the fact that she did not have ANY dance or cheer training), she gave herself 3 years to achieve it.  It was the mindset, methods, and mentorship she gained along the way that enabled her to overcome her challenges, completely transform, and achieve her dream…setting forth a great example that ANYTHING is possible and dreams DO become a reality.

She uses various Mental Coaching tools including her 4-step SUBCONSCIOUS THETA REPROGRAMMING TECHNIQUE as a way to empower, inspire, and impact audiences to discover their inner source of Confidence, Leadership, and Power.

Whether delivering a keynote, teaching a seminar, or coaching one-on- one, Michele reveals transformational knowledge that she has learned along her journey of becoming a PRO Cheerleader and her intense personal development training.
