  • Comments Off on 11 Best Places to Travel for Solopreneurs (Because You Need to Relax!)

Relax and recharge dear solopreneur. It’s one of the best ways you can heal from an office burnout. Time to mark your calendar, organize your finances, wrap up your projects, and choose a destination for booking. The world is full of beautiful places to enjoy some good relaxation. Here are 11 options for you to pick on your personal holiday, especially when the new coronavirus outbreak is over.

1. Yucatan, Mexico

Let’s start off with the closest place to the States. Yucatan features a reawakening and safe getaway with Hotel Esencia’s rooms in the shade of lush greens along with natural traditional Mayan remedies, oils and fragrances. Daily yoga, delicious food, and an amazing spa are only some reasons to travel to this destination.

2.   Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa, Costa Rica

Do you fancy hot springs? Then Costa Rica has it for you. A relaxation, wellness, and bonding with nature experience all in one waiting for you to be there.

3. Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

One of the world’s best beaches, Cabo San Lucas features white sands and the best view of sea stacks to behold.

4. Cartagena, Colombia

The Caribbean of the Southern Americas, Cartagena has the ideal blend of culture for sightseeing. The beach, antique villas, and hotels of Spanish history with superb tour guides and high-quality dining are some of the top reasons to have your vacation there.

5. The Dolomites, Italy

This mountainous region is great for all seasons. Experience the fresh alpine air, skiing, and hiking. The hammam and spa are also a nice post-exertion retreat at Rosa Alpina, a Relais & Châteaux property.

6. Clinique La Prairie, Montreux, Switzerland

For even more wellness, the CLP is a world leader in medical well-being, combining a state-of-the-art medical spa and holistic approaches for rejuvenation therapy. From weight management to detox and a sleep center which uses a patented biostimulant lyophilized solution, it has what you need to fulfill your physical and psychological needs.

7. Iceland

Who doesn’t want to experience the magical view of Iceland’s Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights)? Iceland is one of the top destinations this year, especially for the summer. But with so many places to choose, I’d favor the geothermal spa of the Blue Lagoon.

8. The Philippines

7,641 islands offer a lot of places to choose from. Palawan’s underground river tour to Baguio City’s top destination for summer, relaxation, and strawberries. The country’s diverse culture and a variety of exotic cuisine differing from one region to another are some of the reasons to choose the Archipelago Republic.

9. Nairobi, Kenya

Flourishing with an incredible technological artisan fashion scene, Nairobi is ripe with opportunity and interesting people doing interesting things. A blend of the savannah and bustling city, Nairobi’s fascinating culture makes it possible to have safaris in the middle of the city.

10. Qualia, Hamilton Island, Australia

Qualia provides the calm, peaceful, beautiful and unique scenery for a traveler seeking relaxation. The beauty of the resort, exquisitely appointed large rooms and delicious award-winning food make Qualia a natural choice for any solopreneur. Have your own golf cart to traverse around town. You can journey a bit to see the views around the island and try out different restaurants in the town near the marina.

11.  Llao Llao, Bariloche, Argentina

Llao Llao is a lodge overlooking the Andes and Lake Nahuel in the Patagonia region. You shouldn’t miss it. With new suites added to the main hotel and amazing bathtub views of the lake and mountains, Llao Llao is a top pick for any nature-loving traveler. Hiking, picnics, sailing, kayaking and mountain bike riding are very ideal in the spring and summer seasons, while skiing is a must in winter.

Don’t wait for your burnout to affect your health. Time to do some vacation research, plan it and start booking. Also, stay safe and healthy when it’s time to travel. For more updates about COVID-19, be sure to visit the CDC website.
